Walk into almost any small business today, whether a local café, a print shop, or a small manufacturer, and you’ll notice a quiet shift happening behind the scenes. Owners are using technology not just to survive, but to compete, connect, and grow. What’s driving this transformation isn’t a massive budget or a team of programmers. It’s Artificial Intelligence (AI), and it’s changing the game for small businesses everywhere.
