Grain Theory is a multi-faceted food and beverage business with a focus on producing high quality beer, food and coffee. The main location is a brewpub in Downtown Abilene with on-site brewing, a full kitchen and a coffee bar. Grain Theory was born out of a strong desire to not only produce high quality beer, food and coffee, but to focus on people. We have become known for being a workplace that cares for both it’s employees and a business that cares about the community and hosts several community focussed events and activities each year.
